A Doctor, A Leader A Servant of the Community

We are proud to recognise and celebrate Dr Asoka Dias QSM—a dedicated doctor, respected leader and compassionate servant of our community.

Dr Dias has devoted many years to caring for patients at Otahuhu Health Centre while making an outstanding contribution to the wider Sri Lankan community in New Zealand. His leadership, kindness and commitment to helping others were recognised with the Queen’s Service Medal in 2022.
